	Specification and Cost of Exhibition Booth:
	1. Specification of Exhibition Booth
	Exhibition tools: in every standard booth there will be one consultation desk, two chairs, two spot
	lights, and one ordinary electrical outlet. Any decoration or construction of exhibitors shall not go beyond area of the standard booth rented.

	2. Cost of Exhibition Booth
	(1). internationally standard booth: 6,800 Yuan/each (1,200 US dollars/each);
	(2). area of specially decorated exhibition booth: 600 yuan/m2 (100 US dollars/ m2);
	(3). air switches, electricity, water and gas rented or used for specially decorated booths shall be
	charged according to requirements of the exhibition hall;
	(4). Brief introduction of the exhibitors shall be published in the Fair Manual or publicized by related
	media for free.
	3. Exhibition Process
	The first step: invitation for applying enterprises;
	The second step: filling in exhibition application forms and sending them to the organizing
	committee with business licenses and exhibits materials;
	The third step: review of exhibitors’ qualifications by the organizing committee and initial
	confirmation of exhibition booths;
	The fourth step: remittance by exhibitors within 5 workdays and faxing the remittance bills to the
	organizing committee;
	The fifth step: when the remittances arrive in the account, the organizing committee shall fax to
	applying enterprises a booth confirmation form;
	The sixth step: applying enterprises fax to the organizing committee a sealed booth confirmation
	form for final confirmation of booths;
	The seventh step: the organizing committee sends unified invoices to applying enterprises.
